Amenities
Amenities are sent as yes/no children inside the <amenities> wrapper on a listing:
<amenities>
<pool>yes</pool>
<sea_view>yes</sea_view>
<air_conditioning>yes</air_conditioning>
</amenities>
Use the canonical name below. If you send a variant (e.g. swimming_pool, aircon,
mountain_views), we map it to the canonical one — but new feeds should use the canonical
name directly. Send only the amenities that apply; omit the rest.
This list is assembled from the canonical amenity names our parser recognises. Before publishing, reconcile it against the master amenities list shown on the platform UI — a few display-only amenities may not appear here yet.

new_built is the canonical name for a new development / new-build property — feeds that send
new_development, new_build, new_construction or brand_new are mapped to it. For a whole
listing, you can also set <preowned>no</preowned> at the top level.
