Amenities

Amenities are sent as yes/no children inside the <amenities> wrapper on a listing:

<amenities>
<pool>yes</pool>
<sea_view>yes</sea_view>
<air_conditioning>yes</air_conditioning>
</amenities>

Use the canonical name below. If you send a variant (e.g. swimming_pool, aircon, mountain_views), we map it to the canonical one — but new feeds should use the canonical name directly. Send only the amenities that apply; omit the rest.

Verify completeness

This list is assembled from the canonical amenity names our parser recognises. Before publishing, reconcile it against the master amenities list shown on the platform UI — a few display-only amenities may not appear here yet.
